公司有個增設設備嘅project,本來一直都係由我老細handle開,但係佢始終都唔係長駐蘇州,所以佢上次臨走前就叫我follow up,以後由我揸旗。但係佢無交帶清楚就走,而個project又無跟足procedure嚟做,結果一波多折。先係唔夠budget俾finance同GM彈返轉頭,之後將個project斬件縮皮,但係就無可避免攪亂咗先後次序,咁嘅情況下都仲叫我照去搵GM簽字。諗深一層又係,再拖一定出事,無辦法明知有問題都兵行險仗頂硬上,結果就俾GM發現省鑊甘兼閙無腦。鬼唔知係屎咩? 送到嚟無計咪一樣要食… GM玩嘢唔肯簽,話要搵佢老細簽完先再搵佢簽,結果嗱嗱啉fax去美國搵Division VP簽名再挪返嚟俾佢簽,佢老人家心情唔好要簽足3日先俾返我,到手嗰時美國嗰邊已經催到七彩。因爲斬咗件,所以簽名個process做完一次又一次,一樣咁PK。好啦,公司呢邊正式批啦,可以同個contractor簽contract啦,結果我老細同個contractor傾嗰啲payment terms同公司大中華區合同嘅policy有衝突,個contractor唔接受我哋最後set嘅payment terms,仲威脅要拖長lead time。鬼唔知佢耍手段,但係得佢一個contractor喺手可以點? 個Division VP又催到九彩,結果同個buyer一齊同個contractor討價還價,對方最後作出最終讓步俾個best offer 我哋,我嗱嗱啉拎入去俾個GM過目,結果佢又發老皮話呢樣唔妥嗰樣唔妥,俾嗮面色我睇,我頂佢唔順還返佢一句"Do we have a choice?",佢即刻加重語氣話唔想被逼而簽。嘩! 好似我唔係被逼咁,如果一開始有involve我都唔駛咁PK啦。跟返procedure做嘢都得,但係時間唔容許嘛,現實啲啦! 佢黑面發癲,我都懶理佢順其自然俾返面色佢睇。星期五留低加班搵齊GM要嘅嘢入去再搵佢,佢終於心服,話佢係會簽,但要同finance傾睇下有無enough cashflow 喎。
今次正好應驗前Financial Controller嗰句:"班upper management一人有一個夢想。"
我明白個GM無錯,但係如果凈係識得挑剔而唔同下面合作只會累事、打擊士氣兼事倍工半。難怪自佢上台後先後有6個managers離開。今次我會take this experience positively,以後teamwork時識得realistic啲同分輕重,睇大局而行事。
